The Crediton Singers is a choir anyone can join. No need to have sung before because everyone sings, to themselves, in the car, whilst walking along, all the time any time.

And being able to read music is not important.

There are NO auditions.

You just sing, and have a great time.

Our new term starts on Monday 2nd January, 7pm, Crediton Methodist Church, Union Rd, Crediton. We use the downstairs room and you can park right next to the door we use.

This next term we’re singing beautiful music, including,

The Lily and the Rose by Bob Chilcott (two parts, easy)

We Shall Overcome (the famous 60s freedom song, in three parts, easy)

May It Be (sung by Enya, from Lord of the Rings film, a powerful Celtic song)

What A Wonderful World (Louis Armstrong)

Put a Little Love in your Heart, the classic 1969 hit covered by Annie Lenox/Al Green

Thou Knowest Lord (Henry Purcell, a Classic FM favourite)

We Are Family (Sister Sledge).

So, something for everyone…
